After spending years on an increasingly unstable platform, Mizuno decided it was time for a change. Along with increased stability, they were looked to cut maintenance costs by empowering their team to manage the site.
In 2014, as their digital agency of record, we partnered with them to vet various platforms and development partners, ultimately deciding on SiteCore in praetorship with Arke Systems.
So began 11 month project shifting Mizuno’s online property to SiteCore, taking the opportunity to provide much needed design enhancements throughout.
Responsibilities: In addition to overseeing our internal design team, I managed all content migration and worked hand-and-hand with the development team through launch in July 2015.
